Are there any free DNS providers provide remark on records?

I know CloudFlare has "Record Attributes". But any other free DNS hosting providers have similar features? Would like to host a few domains out of CF.

    Thank you. I will have a try on Cloudns.net. But one more question, it looks like Cloudns.net only allow one domain (DNS Zone) for their free plan. Any other suggestions?

    I'm using cloudflare and I don't know what is "Record Attributes".

    Comments. When you adding record you can put comment for your reference. Neat, but useful feature.

    I understand the HE is great for DNS. But I can't find anywhere I can put some comments when adding an A records.
