You might take a look at SpamWall. Pricing is excellent, it'll be entirely white label. They will set the SMTP hostnames / PTRs to your domain though so make sure you use an aged one and not a new one, learned that the hard way.

Elasticemail used to provide that, not sure about now. Or just setup your own mail relay and start selling that.
