About Oracle Cloud Free Tier Failed
It is so hard to sign up -- I ask for the help email but they didn't reply for a month. I tried VISA debit card and real information but still failed , and lots of users said oracle ban their account even they didn't create any VM

You should use Visa Credit card.
My card was refused many times, but finally they accepted it after few tries. Because it's free so I tried few times every few weeks.
Same here. Trying for the last 3 months, tried with visa/amex credit cards, no avail.
CC gives just robotic response like "we cannot share further info"
Use debt or credit, do not use prepaid cards
This is getting even harder. No need of too much time wasting.
