But only for bills after december 2023. So if you have one from december with yearly period, you won't pay more until this december.

Yes, they raised prices on existing services by 9%. If you have a service with them, you would/should have received a message about this

I'm do not have any vps offer with netcup but have with php-friends that had raise price of my old new year offer up to ~40% of old price. It was interesting how much netcup raised prices.
