Anybody else had trouble with The World Servers?

I have twelve VPS with them which mostly go off every few days sometimes every day.
They can't get one going but keep saying it is running. Pinging works to others but not to that one but they keep saying it is working. They ignore screenshots of the proof and turned of another one I wanted to keep going.
Is it just me or is that normal for them?

Assuming that what you're saying is true and not exaggerated, it sounds like you should be looking for a new host.
Downtime every few days/daily is completely unacceptable.
Since you've 12 VPS you can get a node yourself unless those VPS are at multiple locations.
