Nope. Paint company just give you one color swatch which would not be that helpful. These are color palettes that people can used for many things as the colors listed in the palette are complementary. You can extend the palette by matching one color between palettes.
Additionally the photo uses the colors in the palette so you can visualize how the colors go together better than if I just gave you a palette with five complimentary colors.
