OVH doesn't talk about WuDe

It took ovh's auditor 9 days to review the data successfully, so I missed the special VPS of 0.97 a month!

On the day of the activity, I registered and paid the 0.97 order with my credit card, and I received the materials to be reviewed in the afternoon

Submitted the materials truthfully, but it took 9 days to review.

It is not our fault that we missed the activity time because of the slow audit!!

Submit work order to keep the previous order, but directly close the order!

This is my first experience with OVH and I didn't expect this to happen! What a disappointment! Feel particularly no integrity! Like a gangster!

Finally, I hope OVH company can compensate for the fault caused by your slow review! Or resume activities to us!

Their phone support was pretty helpful when I was in a similar situation

    work order

    Ah, hello Chinese customer!

    OVH company can compensate

Did you pay OVH anything? No.
Did they promised you something? No.

    They owe you nothing. 就别再丢脸了

    Like a gangster!

    Yes, you.

  • Im always laughing at the word "work order" xD

It's such a bad translation of the word "ticket".

    TL:DR

    Ticket =

    Work Order =

    To our Chinese friends.

Work Orders were given by slave masters in Egypt during the building of the pyramids and in USA by plantation owners before the civil war. It's such an offensive word, that using it to describe a customer ticket, makes everyone make fun of you guys.

    I don't understand English
Why do you look like a Chinese foreign devil to me
As far as I know, only Chinese people laugh at the English proficiency of Chinese people

"Work order" is a bit of a meme here. It's the literal translation of ticket via Google translate but just makes it sound demanding rather than asking for help.

normal identity verification only takes about 48 hours
If you submit fake info, ovh may not to reply to your ticket

I'm not laughing at your english skills.

Your translation app is not going a great job so I will write simple sentences.

You didn't pay for service, they dont owe you compensation.
You didn't order service, they dont need to give it to you.
You failed OVH fraud check, caused likely by VPN or weird details.

If you translated OVH page too then you likely typed wrong info and thats your fault. OVH cant guarantee that YOUR translation will be correct. Its your translation, your wrong details, you have failed fraud check.

You can demand service from OVH only if you pay.

    --

Demanding something just because you provided your detail (name, email) is common chinese thing, anyone knows why? It is that important in chinese culture to not share your details or people are scared that government will see that?
I saw that like 10 times already on LET, always chinese customers.
And after failed fraud checks many of them are requesting data deletion too or even threathing in tickets (work orders).

  • Maybe that's why lots of provider just do not accept orders from Chinese people..

I submitted the appropriate ticket, and they just shut it down
    No reply

I paid first and then submitted the materials
    I wouldn't be so angry if I didn't pay
Although the money went straight back to my credit card

it's not the issue of english proficiency, rather that of precision, picking the right terms to avoid misunderstanding, and to help others understand you.

work order has a history deeply rooted/orignated from hosloc.
