I don't recommend Singapore VPS from OVH (They have a bad connection), but they are still at a decent price.
Also, I think your budgets are too low. I think you'll at least need to spend about $20/mo for a proper service that meets your requirements in Asia.
Yeah, might have been the case so I'm asking providers for the best offer they can give as mentioned in the request. Under 10$ will be ideal but it is alright if not possible. Providers can offer higher prices as well
Contabo has a Singapore location. About $10 USD/mo and $9 USD setup for 32TB of outgoing traffic at 200Mbps.
The 200Mbps is not a hard cap, they will throttle you to that amount if you average more than that rate over 10 days.
Note that OVH has a bandwidth limit of 1TB/mo for the base VPS plan in Signapore and then hard throttle to 10Mbps after.
Tested it out right now and I can see my 16GB VPS is capped to 400 Mbps

Melbicom has Singapore with "Unmetered" bandwidth on all of their VPS/VDS. Quite often it's more like 2-3 Gbps instead of the 1 Gbps they advertise

I've used them before, but haven't pushed the bandwidth limits that hard so I don't know how "Unmetered" the "Unmetered" truly is.
Hey advin, do you have any deals in the APAC region? Is it possible to reduce the ram and instead increase the bandwidth? Have used your servers before and they are great!

We will be back in stock within the next little while, hardware has already shipped just pending delivery/racking. Our network port speed is 5Gbit FYI, website also needs updated
