FOSS Omnichannel software

FatGrizzlyFatGrizzly Member, Host Rep

Hello folks, as a LET minded me, I am looking for a FOSS SproutSocial alternative.

I found chatwoot, offering the stuff I need.
twitter,whatsapp,tg, and email.

Do any of you use any FOSS OC software thats better than chatwoot? note I haven't tried chatwoot yet.

bump? No one here uses omnichannel software to offer support?

  • Chatwoot is really good and do almost all I want from it.
Their open-source version is also well documented.

Can you advice me on differences from EE version and CE edition? By default which edition would I be running? Will EE edition be encrypted or not?

  • I never tested their paid version and only use the Open source which fulfill my requirements.
For basic stuff it's more than enough.

And sorry can't tell you anything about encryption as I never tested
