Central USA -- Dallas/St. Louis /Chicago Dedicated Server

I am in need of a server currently located in central USA that will be used for game servers. With this in mind it is not about the number of cores but more the single thread performance and memory.
I can use multiple servers so density is not a factor for me. Since each "instance" will use ~2 CPU cores and about 15GB of memory that makes me flexible with what I can use.
So an example minimal is:
CPU : Intel Xeon E3-1270v6 - 4c/8t - 3.8 GHz/4.2 GHz
Memory : 32 GB DDR4 ECC
Storage : 250GB SSD
Bandwidth: 30TB should be fine
Port: 1 gig
DDoS Protection: Yes
Number of IP's: 1 - 3
Location: Central USA, Dallas/St. Louis/Chicago etc.
Budget: Around $60+ for listed system specs.

Do they have to be v5 or v6 e3’s?
They do not and it does not need to be that cpu even, it was a bad example of "minimum". Just looking for "decent" single thread performance is all

You can increase the bw easily.
Ionos around KC with an AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 3600, 32GB ECC Ram, two 480GB SSDs and unmetered bw at 1gps port. At ionos.com (US site) it's USD70/m, at ionos.de (German site) it's EUR50 incl. German VAT. It only has one IPv4, not sure if you can order more and please check their sites about DDoS protection (if any and what they offer...).
