  Windows VMs are usually put into different nodes because it's too much resource hungry, so no windows on Linux Nodes, or can just ask their support staff for clarification.

  Asked, but they said that what i'm violating is the agreement between microsoft and vps provider (SPLA), then they not put it on their TOS. As what got "They allow customer to do this, but microsoft don't allow they do that" then you will not find anything on their TOS but this still not allowed.

  Racknerd sells windows VPS as a separate product, with legitimate and licensed windows OS. You buying cheap Linux servers and installing cracked or tiny windows or whatever to resell obviously breaks their TOS so no wonder it got suspended.

  I'm not used crack version, use 180 days trial iso on microsoft, install on vmware then use dd command to transfer it to VPS

  I remember the IBM microsoft deal, but agreement is agreement they can't provide windows trial VMs perhaps.

  Hmm many people dont have enough money to buy yearly, then i just help them to buy it, they will payme monthly. that is contract between me and my clients, that not related to them. That same case when you work on website and client want you buy domain/hosting and manage website for them... I'm not reselling whole thing (as-is)

  Hmm many people dont have enough money to buy yearly, then i just help them to buy it, they will payme monthly. that is contract between me and my clients, that not related to them. That same case when you work on website and client want you buy domain/hosting and manage website for them... I'm not reselling whole thing (as-is)

  Well anyway i am not affiliated with racknerd so can't help with it, the server went poof right?!

  I buy it but other one use it, and is this not allowed? What if client is a shop/store owner, she don't know how to use linux, don't know how to install webserver, don't know english, don't know how to buy? You buy it for her and this called reseller and not allowed?

  You should then buy the actual windows VPS lineup and sell it to your clients. What you are doing is more like buying a Toyota and modifying it to look like a BMW and selling it to someone else for who knows whatever price it is. The latter being costlier is no excuse to do such things.
