Should be a worth it Specs-to-Price ratio.
3-4USD sounds about right for a 1gb 1vcore VPS.

If you intend to run anything Tor related, including a Tor Middle Relay (not an exit point), Webhorizon should be regarded as a potential bad host for that sort of thing, until they clarify on the other thread I have posted on. It may be they are ok with Tor on regular servers and not on NAT VPS.
Still I don't know why since they are happy to allow torrenting on there servers, as long as you limit speed to 20mbit.

If you are lazy and just looking for a short term, Singapore is on OneProvider. I'm not sure who they resell from, but you could create a VPS on there to see.
