Hi @add_iT -- I assume you're on host node 'CHI135KVM' (you can check the node you're on by logging into SolusVM, let me know if you're not so I can look into it). Assuming you are on CHI135KVM, we have had some incidents that we're aware of and already working to implement a permanent resolution to ensure this node is fully stable again. About a week ago, a hardware RAID controller needed to be replaced on this node, and while that was completed without any issues, we noticed some DIMM failure errors on this server (unrelated to the earlier maintenance) indicating RAM needing to be replaced on this host node. I do want to point out, we've been keeping in communication with CHI135KVM customers both via e-mail and via our status page (not sure if you've been getting our emails or not). We believe in full transparency and try our best to keep customers in the loop.
I can assure you of the rarity of these repeat incidents, in fact this is the first time out of the many years we've been in business that a singular host node has experienced two separate hardware issues in under a two week timespan. I'm confident that things will be stable on CHI135KVM moving forward after this RAM replacement is completed.
We will have the maintenance window wrapped up here in the next hour or two, we will update the status incident at https://status.racknerd.com/incident/860 once this is completed.

Hi @tomle -- in this case, I'd recommend keeping them separate and signing up with a different email address for your company. Also, yes, you can host sites on your main reseller account's cPanel - the main site doesn't count towards your cPanel account allotment
