OVH Scam?

i have bought a singapore vps on ovhcloud and installed aapanel as a panel. What I get is that my account has been scammed. After that I contacted OVH via messenger because I couldn't make a ticket without logging in and the results I got were as in the attachment. what confuses me is that I also use the US vps service with the same secure configuration. The question is whether aapanel is not in accordance with the general provisions of OVH?

Makes me wonder if perhaps the server was hacked/compromised and was consequently doing something it shouldn't be.

Also, "security and anti-fraud teams" doesn't necessarily mean it was due to fraud but could've been anything that was against their TOS where those teams are responsible for.

OP bought OVH account with VPS and then they banned it - so he has no idea how many accounts scalper created in first place

Nothing better than scamming a company, and then calling them a scammer when they kick you out. Thats pretty legit.

I found the problem is multiple accounts and it's my own fault. I didn't know that those on us.ovhcloud.com and ca.ovh.com are considered 1 house because I can't log in from us.ovhcloud.com to ca.ovh.com. Thank you

OP is the scammer not OVH.
Did you have different details on each account?
