0ping.eu - Scammers - Beware

Bought 3 servers with them because they said they protect big ddos attacks , and then added + 11€ credit into their website , after i got hit with a ddos attack they suspended my servers and informed me via ticket that they will refund me and the proccess of refund it takes up to 14 days to complete. I waited more then 14 days to be honest 1 month and still no refund from them , then i asked again after 1 month to refund or i will open a paypal dispute then they deleted my account and everything.

I opened the paypal dispute but the paypal is asking me A copy of the receipt that details your credit.

Unfortunately I can't send them anything because they have deleted my account.

After a research i found that this provider is a Romanian hoster ,

address:
"Pitar Mos 27, Bucharest, Romania",

What do you propose to do because i want to contact the police authorities and inform about the case i live in Switzerland.

Regards

You should have a copy of the paid invoice sent to your email.

    @cociu

    Funny docs!

  • Romanian scammers are not very aggressive. Just continue on with paypal chargeback. Call them. Invoice sent to your mailbox, attach it. Tell whole story.

    But this happend

"We have reviewed this transaction(s) and are denying your claim(s). This decision was made because the dispute was submitted with insufficient information/documentation to support the claim and we were unable to obtain the required information/documentation after requesting it from you."

The case has been closed in the favor of the seller , wtf is going on with paypal.

Can i open a new case or something because i still dont want to go to the police its not a big money but its still my money and i dont want to get scammed.

Well..I can't find their T&C and even their financial details are horrible: https://www.listafirme.ro/0ping.eu-srl-42870047/
    *5 RON ~= 1 EUR

To have turnover under 100 euros per year in 2020 and 0 in 2021, I think it's a problem you have to deal with before buying from them, not after.

  • They changed the name once … guess why. Make a complain to https://reclamatii.anpc.ro/ and if they dont refund you they will get a big fine, Romanian authorities are waiting to get a reason to fine any firm … is a way to get money to the country budget.

What turnover would you expect from a company whose office looks like that:

Not relevant where HQ's are when they all work remotely.
I bet you use hosting providers registered on a literal dumpster in Seychelles.

I'd trust them more if they're hosting all the servers on the top floor of that building.

Its not even their address, after a quick search I found out there are numerous SRLs registered on the same number and it seems to be like one of those services that you pay monthly to locate your office there (to not dox yourself or if you don't actually own a house)
