  I guess not giving you an IP address at all is one way of saving costs!

  They did at least respond to the ticket reasonably quickly (30 minutes) with a new IP address, but changed IPv6 as well as IPv4, even though the old IPv6 was still working.

  I have seen the new IPv4 in the panel.
