Using a spare VPS for backup
I am looking to setup a backup solution for my 2 VPSes.
I have another spare VPS with storage and bandwidth enough for my needs.
Backups will be done twice in a day.
Anything I need to keep in mind while doing this?
Also was thinking of prometeus FTP n Web Solution. But I have a cloud instance from them. Are they in the same location? if yes will beat the purpose of a backup.
Also share your strategies for backup .

I would consider use rsync with hard link for increment backup, or use duplicity.
I use rsnapshot for incremental hardlink backups.
