Parsec tips - 15000 error

Your processor is launched on Q2/2013 and is discontinued (source: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/products/sku/75116/intel-core-i74700hq-processor-6m-cache-up-to-3-40-ghz/specifications.html ). Doesn't matter if you bought it yesterday. The processor is 10 years old.
