Looking for something to host a couple OpenVPN and WireGuard clients with. Prefer KVM but not a necessity.

IONOS, $2/mo, in Karlsruhe, DE, 400Mbps. They have quite some negative reviews but so far fine for me.
UltraVPS, €12 for 6 months, in Duesseldorf, DE, 1Gbps. Their route to/from some DE targets goes through AMS-IX, adding some latency. Other aspects seem fine.
HostVDS.com, but it is =200Mbps
vServer.site has a vps for 1.50eur in Düsseldorf
