Is it normal to get such slow network speed? I understand it's capped at 3 TB/mo traffic, but can we at least get something more than 100mbps Recv speed? I'm trying to use the server and getting this slow performance.

Same thing for me as well. Was on a E2697 node, but the network speed was really, really bad.
Raised ticket, they migrated me to a less powerful node, but now speeds are decent.
