Server for VPN service in central USA with a /25 subnet

Can anyone offer us a server in central USA with the following specs:
- 4 vCores
- 8 GB RAM
- CentOS 7, 64 Bit
- shared Gigabit uplink (traffic: fair use)
- /25 subnet
We need a /25 subnet as we are using the server for a VPN service.
If you have a good offer, I would appreciate if you contact me via PM.

I can provide something like this but a /25 isn't cheap. if you are willing to pay for that /25 + we do offer 10Gbit Networking than we do not mind helping you.
We can offer this, with IPs fairly inexpensive compared to most providers these days.
