Does the qq.com is bad?
I don't want to use any email provider from mainland China.
If you have MXroute you should be able to, but you might need to enable catchall on the domain for it to pass exim sender verification.

Mailcheap has this feature implemented as sender addresses.

Fastmail, bring your own domain if you want, or use one of their 1000 domains, aliases, catchalls, send as alias, etc.
