Customer service words of wisdom spam...
Treat your customer, as you want to be treated as a customer.
Customer service words of wisdom spam ...
It doesn't matter whether your company is one person, or a million people. People want to know they matter. They want to know they're listened to.
Customer service words of wisdom spam ...
I believe that customer service can be ought to be an intrinsically rewarding profession. There's just something about serving people that's immensely satisfying to the human psyche.

Customer service words of wisdom spam ...
Products and services can easily be replicated. So if your company's competitive advantage is based on products and services alone, you are at risk. But if it's based upon products, services, and quality service, then you'll have a competitive advantage that's very difficult to match.
no, people just want cheap services, they care nothing else.
Customer service words of wisdom spam...
The ability to find a customer, sell your product or service to that customer, and satisfy the customer so that he buys from you again should be the central focus of all entrepreneurial activity.
Every abuser was a customer, unless in the other universe.
Double sales so double bandwidth
Customer service words of wisdom spam...
The biggest question is...
Isn't it really 'customer helping' rather than customer service? And wouldn't you deliver better service if you thought of it that way?
And the first part: finding a customer, is the most difficult part.
How can you call someone a customer if he doesn't buy your service?
Maybe triple, the more, the better, the number does matters.
Is cheap the only reason you buy from RackNerd ?
Too complicated to read and understand, make it easier.
I expect that Dustin really likes getting double bandwidth too.
For me, nope. Quality and support are more important
If you make the first customer happy, and continue to make customers happy, they will take care of getting you more customers.
Honestly speaking, the initial reason I bought RN is cheap. I don't know their services, I don't know their products, and the only thing I can see is their prices.
I think most people start using RackNerd for the same reason as me.
Be true to yourself.
RackNerd has really good service, but you never know if you don't try it yourself.
How do you know their quality and support before you buy them?
What a customer.
One should help customers rather than serve them. Or help those who served. Or help and serve those who delivered. Oh wait, yea it’s complicated
Do you have your own service? You will make a great fortune if you do.
Virtually everybody customer we had came because someone they knew had recommended the company. We did have unique products though. Being Innovative is a great way to get customers. It was even in the company name.
So you say, RN giveaways are like UDP?
Customer service words of wisdom spam...
If the customer is always right, then why isn’t everything free?
You can send UDP to everyone.
I can say another thing. When I am providing some service, our customers are always right. But why when I go somewhere, no one listens to me?
Okay, I see you use RN because someone affed you.
But not everyone will get it!
Like these giveaways - they are held for everyone, but not everyone gets them!
Not true, everyone is a customer, but not everyone a service provider.
