Further more, I want to add that I am fully debt-free. This was simply out of my decision as I was not providing a industry standard level of support and service. I've been struggling to find employees that are able to help me run this business. I was still breaking even to making profit but it just seemed that business kept declining more and more each month as I was unable to provide offers or even support. Cancellations came flooding in each month and I just kept losing hope in it. I've decided to downsize my space (no affect to current clients) to help keep costs low so something like this is completely off the table.
There were no banks involved in this decision, it was simply my own that I thought was required, but ended up that I didn't need to due to the circumstances that came.
If anyone would like to ask any questions I will openly answer them.

Just want to leave my experience here for others considering purchasing a dedicated server from this provider:

Still no access to server or reply to ticket as of Nov 28 19:36, about 44 hours after submitting the ticket.
I don't know how their support is outside of BF/CM, but you may want to keep this in mind if you're planning to use their services for production applications. Until I screwed it up, the server and network were performing as expected. Got a great price so I'm quite happy overall.

This is entirely due to the influx of sales and our low manpower. I'll get to the ticket now.
Brian (primary system admin) is only able to work weekends now due to sudden other outside-of-life commitments now, and I have been working on getting some new employees in. I am extremely sorry for the wait time and will make up for this.

Ah.. this path is intentional? I was letting you know it was broken (I thought). Typically I'd expect to see if the coupon worked before bothering to put all my details in your db (since I prob wouldn't bother purchasing if the coupon was invalid, thus no need for you to have my details).
