Saturday I registered, ordered, paid. Made a typo in my email. (!)
Sunday I registered again and made a similar order. I was able to register with the "same" email, since I did not make a typo this time. Before payment I realized that I already had an active service with them, did not want that with the same company, and asked to delete my order. They did.
Now I had to use the first account, tried to login, but my password did not work. I asked for a new password. That did not work either. Then asked for a second new password, but the account was gone.
I paid for the first order, was able to login, did not do anything wrong - hardly did anything - I don't think they deleted my account on purpose. I believe they mixed up the two accounts, and deleted the first one, while wanted to delete the second. Can't be sure though.
My second account with no active service or order is still there, I can login.
They must be tired with Black Friday rush, no wonder they get easily confused.

@Clouvider are amazing too in the UK, but afaik they're out of stock.
The only provider I can think of except @virtono would be @hosthatch. I have never tried their Switzerland location, but pretty sure it works great as every other location they have.
