ApisCP can be the best alternative to cPanel.
I want ApisCP to host my personal websites as it looks very solid panel.
It's a pool - so you get all the resources in TOTAL and you can create upto 5 VPSs (each requires one IPv4 at least and can also be assigned to 1 user - so like you're "reselling" VPSs).
So if you're OK with some low resource VPSs (256-512MB RAM etc.), you can create a bunch of spread out VPSs (they have some very nice locations).

You can also just allocate all the resources to a SINGLE VPS (and get 5 IP's!) if you want. That single VPS will have all the available resources.
I guess so. It'll be nice if the cores were also listed so that you could "redistribute" them if create < 5 VPSs.
