    Aha, found that location during the order process, but sadly it is not included in the promo. :disappointed:

    not included ? anything you order from that page is in the promo I think. Except that AMS ones have an additional setup fee

    I will take another look, but it appeared to be an additional cost per year, not a one time set up fee.

    ETA: It is an additional cost per year, so AMS is not included in the promo.
