Any Cheap Unmetered KVM Vietnam/Singapore/HongKong/Japan/Taiwan?
I am looking for cheap KVM, mainly to run proxies so it will require a lot of bandwidth.
Are there any suggest? BuyVM has some good prices, I heard Fran is also planning to open more KVM locations in Asia since last year, but still doesn't seem to have any further information.
Thanks.

If anyone has seen the movie, you'll know what he's saying

I actually took the hassle to search the image, it is taken from Blood In Blood Out (1993) and the full quote was
Very well, never used Fran service but him releasing Asia server is not going happen soon (I think ?)
[EDIT] Also want to add something, "Cheap Unmetered BW" and "Asia Location" don't mix well. Thus getting unmetered BW in Asia could cost you much.
There's reason why GCV allocate you 6666 GB bandwidth in Europe and only 1500 GB in APAC (Singapore, Hongkong, Japan). Bandwidth is expensive in Asia
Pretty hard to find high bw servers in Asia, though oracle cloud free tier comes with 10TB out and unlimited in. They have quite a few locations in Asia, we take advantage of this for South Korea.

Can you reliably use those free tier for VPN/Proxies ?
Digital-VM offers 20TB@10G vm from around 10dollars with coupon in Japan or Singapore.
but you may not be able to use proxy because their network/ips got banned from many networks (e.g cloudflare).
Yes, the ARM instances come with up to 4Gbps. Disk speeds are mediocre but vpns/proxies aren’t io heavy so it’s perfect.
btw, there are many Vietnam VPS with cheap price (under $5 with Unmetered bandwidth), but they not accept PayPal payment, or registrations from abroad

In addition, I do not trust businesses in Vietnam very much, they are like China, they like to cheat around, but they are still reputable businesses registered with the state.

I'd say it's pretty hard, but I grab one 500 mbps unmetered from SG for $50 a year. But I'm really disappointed with the io performance since it's not even above 100 MB/s on 1m block size test.
OBHost? Didn't they use HDD ?
If you do speak Japanese, you should check the fine print by Web Arena about fair use and allowed usage.
At least the (sparsely informative) English page of them talks about unmetered bandwidth for their Indigo VPS line, see: https://web.arena.ne.jp/lp/indigo/english/
I haven't used them so far but would still consider trying them out once in the future.

I'm Vietnamese and have tried a well-known provider before but then I just buy from foreign providers. The reason is internet speed to foreign countries in Vietnam very unstable, every few weeks bandwidth throttling again. Maybe because I bought a cheap vps, speed was slow and not online 24/7. This BF I grabbed one from nhanhoa, not try yet.
Don't believe in "Unmetered" bandwidth. However, their support services are good if you can chat in vietnamese.
