I think you get only 50 % off on their outlet servers and some extras like private networking or storage extension. So no recurring discounts on any VPS.

do anyone have Yabs test for CLOUD VPS?
I ordered one recently, I can give you yabs when they give me access.. I ordered on for US Central, but they say provisioning will be 3 hours expected time.
