    It seems your code is not working on KVM-NVME-8GB-LET package which I assume is
    4 vCores - 8GB Ram - 120GB NVMe Disk - 20TB BW - 72 €/year (+vat if applicable) that is mentioned in your post.

    It shows that the discount is €0 which is clearly wrong, but it does accept the code just does nothing.

    By default 21% VAT is shown (our local VAT), after filling out your details in the summary it should be removed!

    imo you'll never get good result when pinging using your ISP's network, use one of these:

    and get better result

    I see the lowest tier price on page marked 19. VAT applied (I will be billed for USA).
    Oh and I don't see option for ubuntu 20.
