I’m also looking for a dedi deal, I’m interested in what they have to offer!
It can be useful at times, sometimes linux just doesn’t have support for some apps

Hey, a recommendation. When you make the purchase do not use vpn if possible. Sometimes the payment gateway rejects it.
To use as remote workstation although I doubt it might be too slow due to latency
Got everything set up, now I just need to wait for the chef to come! 🔥
thanks.
windows vps is slow.
I use github codespace. So I travel calmly.
I tried a windows vps and it worked remarkably well, considering I wasn’t close to where it was located!
You said you only want servers in the us.
Now you want everything
I never use vpn for purchase anyway. Use case doesn’t include anything illegal so I’m ok if they see my real ip. It’s dynamic anyway
That seems like a good idea, I just set up environments 2 times over my laptop and my desktop haha
They only offer dedicated servers in the US…
Why dont you use linux with GUI
With a decent specs then it's ok.
There are acceptable levels of slowness for me
Ok, I’ll note down that
Github codespaces is much easier, it’s all in your browser and no need for RDP, so it uses less bandwidth too
I don't like it, for a while I used vnc. But it wasn't practical for me.
It had 2 cores and 4GB ram, so it’s pretty small for windows to run on.
IP in vietnam is also dynamic kaka. I don't like it as the IP is not permanent. The website just see me login from multiple IP, think of account sharing.
Plus Linux with gui over remote get extremely slow if it’s far no matter what you use to set it up
I usually prefer linux as the spec wont need to be high as windows, also cheaper.
And also fewer server resources.
Yeah, it’s just how it is unfortunately - at least we have tools like codespaces
