Hi @ChefJoe -- the good news is that with our shared & reseller hosting platform, we leverage MailBaby for outbound mail, which falls back to MailChannels (they are quite transparent about this as well, and do not hide the fact they do fallback to MailChannels). Perfect email delivery is a job and art of its own, so it makes sense to work with strategic partners to leverage their platform. That being said, most of the RBL's you mention there are no longer relevant and should not be impacting email deliverability rates in the real world. For example, a quick search of "UCEPROTECT" on this very forum will tell you everything you need to know about how this RBL operates, and why major email providers no longer utilize this RBL. Sucuri, a GoDaddy company, wrote a blog post about this as well: https://blog.sucuri.net/2021/02/uceprotect-when-rbls-go-bad.html
Other options are available as well if our implementation of MailBaby isn't suiting your needs, such as obtaining a dedicated IP, routing more domains to the relay, or migrating to a different server (we have multiple shared hosting servers available in every location), etc. In short, there are plenty of options we can work out and we have many resources available at our disposal. Feel free to send me an e-mail at [email protected] with some way that I can look up/identify your account, and I'll get back to you with some options.
