I think there is a possibility, it just takes a LOT longer than if you started with something in the first place.

if you have kids, you can't leave home and use your money at risk.

You can put in overtime hours and work side hustles too, it just requires so much more effort to get started. It also requires some level of sacrifice

That reminds me, there was an Indian company that announced mango brand phones claiming their mPhones lineup would compete with iPhones. Ironically the owners got arrested on the day of launch for committing financial fraud.
