  Can be done with just a single giveaway.
  Awarded to the person to make the most number of comments in the next 5 minutes.

  LET only allows 5 comments per minute per user, so the max someone can get is 25 comments in 5 minutes. Still, with enough people spamming we can definitely reach past page 600!
