how come they couldn't make a decent official world cup song for this year..
I remember how germany lost against senegal
1 german player is "worth" more than their whole team
I feel like too much cash flow
550 !!!
If it’s 2-3x yearly cost for a permanent upgrade I’d gladly buy that! Let’s hope that there are flash sales for permanent upgrades 🤞
chemical upgrade
550!
Let’s go!!! Now let’s get to 555!
555!!!

What do you guys think of smarthome?
Still relatively early for him!
MOARRRRRRRRR
Do you mean IoT? I think it’s very useful! I know there’s some worries about security but as long as you put the devices in a separate, isolated network you should be good to go.
Yee found some zigbee devices on aliexpress bf sale
I wanna do zigbee anyways but no server... sigh
I get paid on 26-27th
So i can spend money on friday and paypal will take in on monday anyways so hmm
As long as they are in isolated network, how comes they are IoT for smarthome

ah yes
I just use a raspberry pi, I know they’re hard to find but if you do find one, they’re really effective (and pretty cheap)!
Absolute nightmare. It is my version of digitally haunted house.
All of my smart switches, lights, etc are connected to a separate network so that if one of them gets compromised, it doesn’t affect the main network that all our non-IoT devices are connected to.
How effective is the separation..is it at hardware level ?
It’s pretty convenient for lazy people like me when I’m in bed and don’t want to get up to turn the lights off 😆
I know the convenience is huge but for some reason I just don't feel comfortable at all
Yeah but then i want a server anyways... smh
Yeah that’s understandable. Maybe you could make your own smart switch out of a Pi Zero, that way you have full control and know exactly what it’s doing (but that gets expensive pretty quickly)
Haha, yea it isn’t worth getting one if you’re already planning to get a server. Have you decided on the specs yet?
Exactly, DIY is the way
