  This provider is from Ukraine, so u can support their business in these difficult times for them, guys (I don't mean any political background here, only that it's admirable that they still are able work despite to hard circumstances, so please avoid twisting it into political comments or hassling)

  @vsys_host is the best offshore provider IMO, paying ~$1400 a month for various services with them. Never any downtime or issues regarding DMCA. I've paid more and have had worse issues with other providers.

  Offshore often means that local laws differ from US laws!
  We don't position Amsterdam as an offshore location.
  By offshore in Kyiv, we mean that we are not required to follow the DMCA, as local laws are very different. And also, we do not conduct customers' KYC.
