Physical Memory Limit - 1GB
EPROC (Entry Processes) Limit - 200
NPROC Limit - 220
INODE Limit - No limit
Each reseller plan has a different amount of cPanel accounts you can create, though if you're looking to add additional accounts a la carte, we can do that for $3.60/yr each.
