There is a daily offsite backup, you also have the option to create snapshots of your VM.

It depends on the location, Ogden and Falkenstein both have stock available.
The deployment will be instant there.
Falkenstein and Nuremberg will be moved to Frankfurt later this year for which there's a separate preorder thread.
The support is primarily handled by me but I have another person assisting in case I'm not able to answer the tickets at the moment.
The response time is usually below 1 hour
