Anything that's illegal in the US isn't allowed. Torrents also aren't allowed. Those are specifically for seed box plans. Which are no longer in stock.

Yes it does. Not many people catch that.
It's not a name I particularly like, but the person I was previously working with last year decided on it. Since the ball was already rolling it was a little too late to change the name after he dropped out on me.
Does that mean I can use 33TB a month of traffic?
So long as you haven't hindering other clients it's not really an issue. Though I highly doubt anyone could use 33 TBs of traffic within a month.
