Just open a ticket to our technical support department with a direct download link to the ISO and we'll get it mounted for you. You can then complete the OS installation manually via the VNC Console, from within SolusVM.

Piggybacking on this, support is super fast! Create a ticket and let them know which service (usually by IP) you'd like the custom ISO to be mounted to. Give them a direct link to the ISO you want to use, and they'll have it mounted for you in no time.

I already was a customer of racknerd, albeit the smallest customer i could be. but i just jumped from the smallest vps they offered last year to the largest!
Oh man, that sounds delicious! I usually end up ordering way more than one person could ever eat, having some of everything, and then having leftovers for 2-3 days after. They shame me by putting enough fortune cookies in the bag for a small army

Hi @Sebster27 -- great question. At this time, we haven't - but I do hope that one day we get to that point. Right now, most of our hires are expected to have experience, whereby we're able to quickly train our policies as well as exchange knowledge on our strong points. We understand that not one person knows it all, so we leverage each other's talent as a team
But I totally understand how internships could be valuable, and how great people come from them too. I think we'll get there eventually.

Sometimes, this growth can be so fast that naturally, one may take it for granted and neglect their business, but we've done the opposite - we appreciate it, acknowledge it, and continue to strive to expand.
