I would say no more then 12 to 15 meters. It showered and rocked the boat when he hit the water coming down.
I have lots of great photos as I sailed my 38' sailboat part time for 7 years before I retired and then full time for almost two years after I retired. Then I sold the boat because it takes a lot of money and work to have a boat and actually go places. It is not as easy as the movies tell you, but it was a great life experience and I am glad I did it.
END of boat story, then I joined LET.
I have had a great life. It has been very interesting (to say the least), diverse and I have been lucky enough to be surrounded by really great people. I hope all of you have at least as good a one as I've had.
