Hi @fazar -- great question! The way we combat abuse first starts at the fraud filtering level. Generally the people that are intending to create abuse, are the ones committing fraud. So by eliminating it at that level, helps a lot in itself. Outside of that, we believe that our physical host node designs, underlying virtualization technology (KVM), in addition to our expertise/staffing help combat this fairly well. For example, every host node of ours runs on minimum 8x SSD's in a LSI Hardware RAID-10 array - this provides not only redundancy, but awesome disk I/O performance - leaving plenty of breathing room in terms of available disk I/O.
We also invest heavily in our support and operations teams. Not only do we offer very fast support response times to our customers, but in the backend, we implement 24x7 proactive monitoring across all host nodes to help ensure stability - and all of our staff on every shift are properly trained and equipped on our monitoring procedures. In the event there is an issue, we're on it pretty quickly
