    I used to use 2 companies for redundancy so company A had outtage and racknerd didnt but the problem was that company A always had a outtage and raxknerd never (for me)

    I understand what you mean by that. With dedicated server, you have dedicated resources. I would add layers of backup and server in case of something bad happened. But they're definitely advantages of separate servers.
