Also, I've few wordpress sites with other hosts here, and when you use the Softaculous one-click installer in cPanel, you'll notice the initial wordpress installation is quite faster in comparison to other LET hosts I've used. This shows Racknerd's servers and handling of wordpress sites is far more better than average low end hosts. You can also check it while updating the plugins. They update instantly. So under the hood their sever, network, etc seem to be quite good. Regarding uptime, yeah, there were 2 or 3 network issues in the entire year and the server was down for like 5 or 10 minutes. Support is excellent. And they really help you. No time wasted. I had posted detailed Racknerd Review earlier here in October 2021.
