It's difficult to find one at that price point especially in EU. But anything can happen on BFD if you can wait.
Increase a budget a little to 12€ and you will find.

for 9usd/y I suggest naranjs's 1G kvm.
That price may never be available again. The last flash deal for 1GB RAM was 14 euros. Not quite worth it when the 2GB deal was 18 euros.

I used Hosthatch only for one year. Bought 4 VPS (2 on BlackFriday and two during 2022) in 4 different locations. And 0 problems during this year.
