Smart guy who can set up a ISP (ASN, uplinks, core routers)?
Where can I find a freelancer who is capable to write a plan to set up a ISP to serve content. Moving to having own infrastructure.
There are many larger companies here who provide IT consulting but I look for a cheaper option. I prefer a single person, who knows how to set up this.
