Just suggested Hetzner (or any other cloud providers even) so at least you won't be tied to a monthly/yearly commitment, since it's for "trying things out", you can just ditch it whenever and only be charged for as long as it existed
Yeah I know... I believe I could also use cloudcone ..... and only pay for when I'm using it
But I feel I need a cheap idler for messing /trying and black Friday is coming up soon
What are your goals in 'trying things out'? The reason I ask - is you can do testing locally for free.

Well, there's always GCVPS' Budget and Premium KVMs ✌️
Not that I'm discounting them but I'm already running 2 of there's a smaller one for a wireguard vpn and another one for a remote desktop setup
What is the budget and prefered location ??

Thats configuration for a moderate running machine when application is optimized.
Better to test out stuff in docker and VMs and than check production scenarios.
