First of all, I am NOT looking for german providers. I have enough of these, looking for other EU locations, like NL
Basically I am looking for something like VPS 500 G10s from Netcup and CLOUD VPS S
from contabo
I pay Around 6-7$/month for these.
The specs I need
25 GB NVMe
4+ gb or ram
4 vCPU cores (but can accept 2)
under 10$/month
Looking for a real and reliable/reputable provider (in NL ideally) for production.
Skip hybula, terrahost, blazingfast, and SpectraIP I already know about them. Other providers, I should know about?

I would like to spare myself small/mid tier providers' issues, buggy provision, etc, slow reply to tickets. In 7 years I have opened 4 tickets with Contabo and 0 tickets with netcup in 2 Years, but I would still prefer to have reliable support.
