  • What are the renewal possibilities on the premium KVM offers? Are these intro rates or will they be honored on the future?

We are not sure about that, maybe new plans + new locations for our Budget & Premium KVM Plans.

    + openstack (private networking & block storage) ? B)

Our Openstack computes and block storage will be ready at the end of November/December. We will need some beta testers for a few months before releasing it to production.

I can't yabs my 2GB budget KVM in SJC. Once it starts hammering the disk, my VPS is powered off automatically. I have to boot it up via the CP every time. Is this normal in the SJC location? I'm on node SJCKVM1.

Have you opened a ticket yet?

Thanks for the suggestion. I just yabs'd it again and it didn't shut itself down this time. No idea what happened the other day. Nothing was running though. However, the disk speeds seem slower than your budget plans in other locations. The network is great btw.

I tested the disk again and it's better now without doing anything. Seems my neighbors were excessively using the disk in the past few days.

Node SJCKVM1 seems to have poor disk performance. I just submitted a ticket but it's gone after being sent. Glad that I have what I wrote saved in a text file. I'll submit it again later if it doesn't show up in my tickets.

Edit: Something is wrong with your ticket system @NDTN . I couldn't contact the support because all the tickets I sent disappeared after submitting.

I dont see any issues with the WHMCS system, please try to clear caches or try different browsers. For your YABS, have you changed the Guest Disk Cache to None and reboot the VPS as suggested. I saw your uptime is still 6 days, so please try to change and test again.

Thanks a lot for your response. I guess my text in the ticket could be the case, so it ended up unsent every time. I just excluded the yabs result and added the link to this thread instead. It was sent successfully.

Sorry, I have no idea how I could change the Guest Disk Cache option on my end even after googling. I have to do it in my system?

Edit: OMG, I got a response very quickly from the GreenCloud support team and they changed the disk cache option for me. Now the disk speed is amazing!!! I'm super impressed. Thank you so much!

I have answered your ticket. I thought the Guest Disk Cache setting would be available in SolusVM Control Panel but it's showing for admin.

As far I know they only give free DA for normal plan, not any promo plan in both greenkvm.com or LET deals.

Does this DirectAdmin license has pro add-on? Or is it the datacenter license?
