I have the Developer SSD plan.
It's advertised as fully dedicated resources.
I can use high CPU for several hours, and then there's throttling but not suspension.
IPv4 is OVH.
IPv6 has only /112.
Both are stable, with only one downtime in more than two years.

I think that may not be called FAKE, but at least a TRICK.
On the application page it only says that a link is needed, but then they first started to ask me for five different posts to continue using the server, and then more requirements. I understand the cost of the free service, but I think it inproper for them to hide the real requirements when first-applying.
